Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, non-engineering within a fast-paced EPC environment. The role will support multiple projects and business units, ensuring timely hiring aligned with project schedules and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, technical, and support roles (site & head office).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes.
Employer Branding & Talent Pools
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain talent databases for future project mobilization.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare recruitment reports (time-to-fill, hiring status, sourcing effectiveness).
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and Egyptian labor law.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within EPC, construction, engineering, or industrial companies.
- Proven experience hiring for engineering, technical, and site-based roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project-driven deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle Recruitment system for job posting, candidate tracking, and onboarding.
