WATREX Expo is the largest annual exhibition and conference for professionals in the Water and Water Infrastructure industry in the MEA Region. Established to align with the strategic policy of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities 2050, WATREX is organized and produced by ATF, a company with over 24 years of experience in organizing trade fairs and exhibitions. Attracting over 35,000 visitors and featuring more than 400 exhibitors from 60+ countries, WATREX Expo is a key event for professionals in the water industry. The Expo covers a wide range of sectors, including water purification, desalination, wastewater treatment, irrigation systems, and firefighting systems.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent, collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting
• Expertise in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Relevant experience in the trade fair and exhibition industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
