This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and implement effective employer branding strategies. Key responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The role also involves maintaining an updated candidate database and staying informed of innovative recruiting trends.

• Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring processes
• Proficiency in Interviewing and assessment techniques
• Experience implementing strategies for Employer Branding and strengthening organizational presence
• Strong skills in Recruiting and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in technology-focused or multinational environments is an advantage
• Understanding of labor laws and hiring best practices in the UAE is preferred
