Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for engineering, technical, and corporate positions, supporting business growth through effective sourcing, talent acquisition, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and workforce requirements.

• Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through direct search, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

• Recruit Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Technicians, and other technical professionals.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines while supporting local and international recruitment activities.

• Monitor recruitment performance, provide market insights, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.

• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within engineering, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or recruitment agency environments.

• Proven success in sourcing and hiring Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Technicians, and other technical talent.

• Strong expertise in direct search, headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing techniques.

• Experience conducting competency-based interviews and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

• Knowledge of the Egyptian engineering talent market and exposure to international recruitment is preferred.

• HR or Recruitment certifications are a plus.

• Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
