Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full lifecycle of recruiting, from sourcing and attracting top talent to conducting interviews and finalizing hires. Additionally, the role involves collaborating on employer branding strategies, maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, and supporting hiring managers in identifying the best-fit candidates for their teams.
Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Proficiency in Employer Branding and Recruiting strategies and techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools is a plus
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a technical or engineering industry
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices
