The Role
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring for our sales and operational teams. You will play a critical role in shaping the company's future by attracting top-tier talent and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management
- Deliver high-volume hiring for sales and corporate roles
- Develop targeted recruitment campaigns and compelling job advertisements
- Conduct professional interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Maintain excellent candidate experience and clear communication throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure all compliance documentation, visas, and employee records are completed
- Track recruitment performance, maintain accurate reporting, and provide monthly updates to management
- Strengthen Richmond Properties employer brand through social media, events, and recruitment initiatives
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within real estate or sales-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate recruitment market
- Solid understanding of UAE labour law, visa processes, and HR compliance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems, job portals, and social sourcing platforms
- Highly professional, results-driven, and candidate-focused
