About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, engage, and hire top creative and digital talent. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for social media agencies or creative environments and understands the fast-paced, portfolio-driven nature of creative roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for creative, digital, and corporate roles including Social Media Managers, Content Creators, Designers, Copywriters, Strategists, and Account teams
- Partner with department heads to understand role requirements and build hiring strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and industry networks
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical or portfolio-based assessments
- Manage interview scheduling with creative and leadership teams
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Promote employer branding through social media and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to offer stage
- Support onboarding process for new hires
- Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring reports to management
Requirements
- 25 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in a social media, digital, or creative agency
- Strong understanding of creative and digital roles and portfolio evaluation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC hiring market is a plus
