Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a well-established Saudi luxury brand specializing in watches, jewelry, and accessories. With over 25 years of market presence and approximately 150 branches across Saudi Arabia, the company is currently expanding its operations and establishing a new office in Cairo, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 
   Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment priorities
2. .Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent pools, universities, and recruitment partners
3. .Publish job advertisements and conduct proactive headhunting for targeted and hard-to-fill roles
4. .Screen CVs, conduct initial and behavioral interviews, and assess candidates against role requirements
5. .Coordinate interviews, collect hiring-manager feedback, and keep candidates informed throughout the process
6. .Prepare candidate shortlists, assessment summaries, and recruitment recommendations
7. .Manage offer negotiations, offer acceptance, pre-boarding documentation, and onboarding follow-up
8. .Maintain an accurate candidate database and ATS records
9. .Build employer-branding initiatives and strengthen the company's talent pipeline
10. .Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports, including source effectiveness, hiring progress, time to hire, and quality of hire
11. .Continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring-manager satisfaction

Requirement
