We're Hiring | Talent Acquisition Specialist
Full-Time | On-site
Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong recruitment experience and a solid understanding of the Marketing & Advertising industry.
Requirements:
• Must be a resident of Zahraa El Maadi or nearby areas. Candidates living far from the office are not preferred.• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Previous recruitment experience within Marketing or Advertising Agencies is required
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment
• Experience hiring for Marketing, Creative, Content, Social Media, and related roles
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets
• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, recruitment platforms, and headhunting techniques
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Strong ownership and ability to manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
