Role Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. In this position, you will manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop employer branding strategies to attract talent, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Additionally, the role requires ensuring a smooth hiring process, managing relationships with candidates, and staying updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring candidates effectively
• Experience in Employer Branding and crafting compelling messaging to attract top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong candidate and team relationships
• Analytical thinking and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of recruitment software and HR systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
