This role will be a 6 month contract to work with our client to develop their recruitment

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you'll take ownership of recruitment for for our client, working closely with hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the full recruitment lifecyclefrom intake to offer and onboarding.

Building strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and colleagues.

Understanding hiring needs through regular check-ins and planning discussions.

Ensuring a smooth and timely process by meeting SLA targets and improving KPIs (e.g., time to screen, shortlist, and offer).

Driving direct sourcing strategies and minimizing agency usage through referrals and proactive talent engagement.

Providing regular updates to hiring managers and aligning on next steps.

Advising on talent market insights and adjusting sourcing strategies as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who brings a mix of recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset. Ideally, you'll have:

Solid experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and advise.

Excellent communication skills

A data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and act on recruitment metrics.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for great candidate experiences.
