Job Title: TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

- Graduate degree in Civil Engineering
- 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry as Technical Head and 5 to 7 years experience as Coordinator.
- Experience in coordination of all civil works. Should be able to coordinate with the architectural structural and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with the Consultants to obtain approval on any deviations in the drawings.
- Efficiently implement consultant requirements along with the execution team.
- Assist the Project Manager in the civil work to plan in order to meet the deadlines.
- Review the design modification during the construction stage and assist the Project Manager to review the cost and time impact.
- Ensure document control and engineering schedule as implemented effectively on the site.
