Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Office position located in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include preparing shop drawings and technical submittals, coordinating construction specifications, assisting with project planning, and providing technical support to ensure project accuracy and efficiency. The role will also involve collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in creating detailed shop drawings, drafting, and interpreting blueprints
• Proficiency in project planning tools, technical analysis, and construction specifications
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, building materials, and design processes
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Previous experience in construction, fit-out projects, or a related industry
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
