Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Office Engineer / Junior Technical Architect based in Zamalek.

The role focuses on producing accurate working drawings, shop drawings, and detailed interior drawings that support project execution from design development to site implementation.

The successful candidate will work closely with the design team to transform concepts into clear, buildable, and well-coordinated technical documents.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural and interior working drawings and shop drawings

Develop detailed interior drawings for floors, ceilings, walls, finishes, and furniture

Coordinate drawings across architectural, interior, and MEP disciplines

Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and execution requirements

Ensure all issued drawings meet high standards of technical accuracy, clarity, and constructability

Support technical documentation throughout the project execution phase

Collaborate closely with designers to translate concepts into executable technical solutions

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Applied Arts, or a related field

13 years of experience in a technical office role, working drawings, or interior detailing

Solid understanding of construction details, materials, and execution methods

Proficiency in AutoCAD

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines

Nice-to-Have

Working knowledge of Revit

Experience coordinating with MEP drawings

Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
