We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Technical Recruiter with 1 year of experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent . This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified technical candidates.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Proactively research and identify new talent pools and recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Research and analyze market data to identify talent availability and salary benchmarks.
  • Contribute to the improvement of recruiting processes.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Proven ability to source and attract technical talent .
  • Strong understanding of technical terminology and concepts.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
