Technical Sales Engineer

REGYPT IS HIRING | TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER

REGYPT is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with solid experience in Interior Design, Fit-Out, and Finishing works to join our team.

Location: Maadi, Cairo

Experience: 3–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare BOQs and quantity takeoffs for residential finishing projects.

* Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and quotations including materials, labor, waste, and profit margins.

* Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assess project requirements.

* Review drawings and provide suitable technical solutions.

* Deal directly with clients, understand their requirements and budgets, and propose suitable alternatives.

* Present and negotiate quotations and follow up on sales opportunities until closing.

* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

* Stay updated on finishing materials, suppliers, and market prices in Egypt.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

* 3–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Finishing.

* Strong experience in residential finishing projects, BOQs, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimation.

* Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, flooring, gypsum board, painting, and other finishing works.

* Practical site experience.

* Good knowledge of finishing materials, suppliers, and market prices.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.

* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

* Ability to conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare technical and commercial proposals.

* Car ownership is preferred due to site visits and mobility requirements.

* Previous experience converting client inquiries into contracted projects is a plus.
