Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-Sales Specialist located in Markaz El Mansoura. The Tele-Sales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, promoting the academy's training programs, addressing inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Responsibilities also include maintaining and expanding the customer database, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth through exceptional customer engagement and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction and addressing client inquiries
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in Training or educational services is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- A proactive attitude towards achieving results and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
