Job Description

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in telesales or outbound call center roles is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from a provided list or database.
  • Introduce company services, products, and real estate offerings to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide information about available properties, including pricing, features, and benefits.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and the properties in the company's portfolio.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their financial capabilities and preferences.
  • Schedule appointments and property viewings for interested clients.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through regular communication.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, including lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.
  • Document and update client information and interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and provide support to close deals and achieve sales goals.
