Telesales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients. The role includes executing outbound prospecting activities such as cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings for Account Managers, and contributing to pipeline growth and overall sales performance.
Location : Zahraa El maadi
Time : fixed from 10 am to 6 pm.
Net salary : 8K + monthly commission
Duties and Tasks:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to identify new potential clients.
Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers to personalize outreach.
Generate and qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure strong pipeline health.
Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Managers and ensure smooth handover.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all outreach and lead interactions within the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, lead qualification, and meeting booking.
Coordinate with the inbound team to validate and improve overall lead quality.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach strategies.
Handle objections professionally and maintain high levels of persistence and resilience.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
12 years of proven experience in sales, telesales, SDR, or prospecting roles.
Familiarity with CRM systems
