Telesales Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Giza. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting and promoting products or services, and identifying sales opportunities. The role involves nurturing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and addressing their inquiries or concerns. The Telesales Specialist will also actively contribute to sales targets and collaborate with the team to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability in Sales and Training
• Proactive and goal-oriented attitude
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Previous telesales experience is a plus
