Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential clients over the phone to promote and sell our English language programs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support. The role involves following up with leads, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, proposing tailored course offerings, and managing detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with potential clients.
• Sales expertise with proven ability to meet or exceed targets, along with experience in upselling and cross-selling.
• Proficiency in delivering Training or guidance to clients regarding service offerings and program details.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
• Relevant experience in telesales or customer-related roles is an advantage.
• Fluency in English with Arabic language skills considered an additional benefit.
