Job Description:

Mkademy is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in telephone sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and convert leads into successful sales. Experience in selling courses or educational services is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls

* Follow up with potential and existing clients

* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable courses

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

* Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

* Proven experience in tele sales or call center

* Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

* Experience in sales and customer service

* Previous experience in selling courses or educational services is preferred
