Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Operator located in Cairo, Egypt. The Tour Operator will coordinate and organize guided tours, manage travel arrangements, respond to customer inquiries, handle reservations, and support sales processes. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure memorable travel experiences while addressing their needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations management skills
• Proven capabilities in Sales within the travel and tourism industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant travel software and tools is an advantage
• Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
