Tour Operator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Operator based in Cairo, Egypt. The Tour Operator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating travel arrangements and guided tours. Responsibilities include interacting with customers, handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and managing tour operations to ensure a seamless experience for all clients. The position involves collaborating with various travel service providers and promoting tourism packages to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guided Tours and knowledge of the Travel & Tourism industry
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations management skills
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to promote and sell tourism packages
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
