Assist in the preparation of baseline project schedules for piling and foundation works using tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Break down project scope into detailed activities including piling, shoring, anchoring, and ground improvement works.
Monitor daily site progress and update project schedules based on actual work performed.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including S-curves and dashboards.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project schedules.
Track productivity of piling rigs, manpower, and other resources.
Identify delays and assist in developing recovery plans to meet project deadlines.
Support in resource planning, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
Assist in risk identification and basic delay analysis affecting project timelines.
Maintain proper documentation of planning records, reports, and schedule updates.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
Support senior planning engineers and project managers in all planning-related tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in construction, preferably in piling, geotechnical, or foundation works.
Basic understanding of piling methods such as bored piles, driven piles, and diaphragm walls.
Familiarity with planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Good knowledge of construction sequences and site operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and practices is an advantage.
