Job Description- Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of utility systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance of HVAC and air compressors and all utilities components.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for utility equipment, ensuring proper functioning and longevity.
- Manage maintenance technician for maintenance plans implementation and follow up spare parts stock to keep spare parts safety stock in the warehouse.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Analyze utility consumption data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
- Performing regular maintenance and repairs to prevent system failures and extend the lifespan of HVAC units. And Air compressors.
- Performing routine maintenance, such as cleaning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components for HVAC, Air compressors and air dryers.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Job Requirements- Previous experience in the confectionery industry (chocolate and biscuits manufacturing) is a must
- Proficiency in repairing and maintaining mechanical systems, HVAC and air compressors.
- Good at Maintaining Air conditions.
- Good at pneumatic control system.
- Aware of hydraulic control systems.
