We are seeking a senior leader to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth across Distribution Partnerships and Bancatakaful channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and secure new distribution and bancatakaful partners
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key enterprise accounts
• Lead cross-selling initiatives and enhance portfolio profitability
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams
• Lead and develop high-performing sales teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Professional certification such as ACII, CIP, or equivalent
• 12–15 years of experience in insurance sales/business development
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing strategic accounts
