Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Waiter at 7Ribs. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and serving orders, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The Waiter will also assist in delivering an extraordinary dining experience by working collaboratively with team members and embodying the warm and respectful values of the 7Ribs brand.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service and experience in Food Service operations
• Strong Communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and team members
• Basic Cooking knowledge or understanding is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Teamwork, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset
• Previous experience as a Waiter or in the restaurant industry is preferred
• Clear English accent
