A Waiter at Lion in the Sun
As a Waiter at Lion in the Sun Dubai, you will play a key role in delivering an extraordinary dining experience that reflects the opulence and exclusivity of our brand. You will be responsible for providing attentive and personalized service to our guests, ensuring that every detail of their visit is handled with care and precision.
Your day to day
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing a personalized and attentive dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
- Serve dishes and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring that presentation and quality meet high standards.
- Engage with guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner, anticipating their needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens, to confidently answer guest inquiries and make recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing glassware, and resetting tables for the next service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
Who are you
- Previous experience as a waiter in a high-end, luxury restaurant or hotel is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to maintain high standards of service and presentation in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards in line with the luxury image of Billionaire Dubai.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
