Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, fostering client relationships, and ensuring optimal service delivery. Key duties include meeting with clients to understand their furniture needs, coordinating with design and production teams to fulfill orders, managing order timelines and budgets, and addressing client inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager will identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management, customer service, and account handling skills
• Sales, negotiation, and business development experience
• Project coordination, timeline management, and attention to detail
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing, design principles, or familiarity with the office furniture industry is a plus
• Proficiency in business tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, Excel, presentation tools)
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting in Dubai
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
