AJV Technical Equipmentis hiring a Accounts & Logistics Coordinator (Zoho Expert) to manage
end-to-end finance operations, UAE VAT compliance, and logistics coordination for our trading
activities. This is a hands-on role for someone who can run daily finance + shipping operations
confidently using Zoho.

Key Responsibilities
Finance (Zoho-led)
Maintain books of accounts and daily entries inZoho Books
ManageAccounts Payable (AP),Accounts Receivable (AR), collections, and vendor
payments
Bank reconciliation, petty cash control, and cash flow monitoring
Preparemonthly/quarterly/annual reportsand MIS summaries
HandleUAE VAT compliance: VAT return filing, reconciliations, documentation, audit
support
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants
Monitor expenses and implement cost control
Logistics & Operations
Coordinate shipments (imports/exports), deliveries, and schedules with
forwarders/couriers
Prepare and verify shipping documents:Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO,
BL/AWB, HS codes
Track shipments, resolve delays/claims, and ensure on-time delivery
Maintain stock movement and inventory controls inZoho Inventory(as applicable)

Ensure smooth flow betweenZoho CRM Zoho Books/Inventory(quotes, sales
orders, invoicing)
Maintain accurate master data (customers/vendors/items)
Set up/maintain basic workflows, approvals, and automated alerts where required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree inCommerce/Accounting/Finance(B.Com preferred)
35 years UAE experiencein finance/accounting (Trading/General Trading
preferred)
Expert in Zoho Books + Zoho Inventory(Zoho CRM is a strong plus)
Strong knowledge ofUAE VATand compliance
Good Excel skills (reconciliations, reports, pivot tables)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
