Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will manage clerical and administrative tasks, assist with executive administrative duties, handle phone and email correspondence, and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks. The role also includes maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and supporting team workflow and communication.

  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
