Architect

We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our team and work on high-rise tower developments. This role involves concept design, architectural reviews, BIM/CAD quantity extraction, and close coordination with procurement, interior design, and QS teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review concept & detailed architectural designs

Validate architectural design packages for high-rise towers

Extract quantities using BIM / CAD tools

Coordinate with consultants, procurement, ID & QS teams

Prepare feasibility studies and resolve design challenges

Ensure compliance with DM, DDA & Trakhees regulations

Review drawings, specifications & conduct site inspections

Mentor junior architects and BIM/CAD technicians

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Building Technology

Minimum 5 years experience in Dubai with Developers or Architectural Consultants

Strong experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects

Proficient in BIM, CAD & 3D visualization tools

Excellent communication, coordination & leadership skills

Strong attention to detail and design sensibility
