Job Description- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Review architectural drawings and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with design intent.
- Ensure adherence to local codes, international standards, and company design policies.
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality of architectural works and finishes.
- Inspections & Audits
- Perform detailed checks of materials, workmanship, and construction methods.
- Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve design and quality issues.
- Escalate major deviations to the QC Manager and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with MEP and structural teams for cross-discipline quality alignment.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare inspection reports, quality logs, and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, approvals, and corrective actions.
Assist in preparing monthly quality performance reports.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in architecture.
6+ years of experience in architectural quality control with Previous experience in large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments is highly desirable.
- Professional Certification
PMP, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent quality management certification is an advantage.
Proven experience in Commercial, Residential and mixed-use buildings.
Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).
Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and checking drawings.
Familiarity with SketchUp, Rhino, or 3D visualization tools for design assessment (optional).
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and presentations.
