Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to accelerate business growth and strengthen our market presence. The successful candidate will represent our consultancy, articulating complex engineering solutions into strategic, high-value partnerships with developers, government entities, and corporate organizations.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, develop, and convert qualified leads into long-term business opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in sales with a proven track record in customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) sector.
  • Strong command of professional English, including technical and corporate terminology.
  • Polished professional presence with the ability to operate confidently in high-level corporate and luxury environments.
  • In-depth understanding of B2B Sales funnels and the architectural project lifecycle.
