Job Summary:
We are looking for 5 experienced Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, skilled in various brewing methods, and have a deep understanding of specialty coffee beans. You will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of coffee drinks and ensuring each cup is crafted to perfection, delivering a premium coffee experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-over coffee, cold brew, and other specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and well-maintained.
- Educate customers about different coffee beans, brewing techniques, and the flavors of various blends.
- Create and maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers while delivering outstanding service.
- Manage and maintain coffee equipment, troubleshooting any issues as they arise.
- Handle customer orders and inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Monitor inventory and ensure that the coffee bar is fully stocked with all necessary supplies.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, maintaining hygiene standards in the coffee-making area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Specialty Coffee Barista with a deep understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso machines.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
