We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead brand growth, drive consumer understanding, and manage cross-functional projects that deliver strong business results. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in FMCG, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record in managing innovation and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategies and annual plans to drive growth and market share.
- Build deep consumer understanding using research tools and insights to define target segments.
- Recommend and manage consumer research studies based on business needs; participate in U&A or similar quantitative projects.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of retail audit data to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
- Manage innovation and renovation projects from ideation to launch.
- Analyze product P&L, monitor profitability, and recommend actions to optimize performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D).
- Prepare brand performance reports and provide clear recommendations.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management discipline.
- Present strategies, insights, and results to senior management with clarity and impact.
Requirements
- 46 years of experience in Brand Management within FMCG.
- Bachelor's degree; Business Administration preferred.
- Strong consumer understanding and experience using research insights.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analyzing retail audit.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
