Job Description

Our client, a leader in the event and advertising agency, is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new business growth across the events, advertising and communications sectors.

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to generate new business and grow client relationships within the events sector. The role focuses on activating existing contacts, developing new opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle to deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi and wider UAE
  • Leverage existing client relationships to generate immediate revenue
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with targets
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned clients
  • Prepare, price, and present competitive quotations and proposals
  • Manage negotiations and close deals while protecting margins
  • Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts
  • Deliver high-quality client service to drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development within events, exhibitions, or a related sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market
  • Established network of industry contacts
  • Strong commercial and numerical skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident managing revenue
  • Experience with RFP-led sales
  • Relationships with event organisers, venues, or suppliers
