1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

2. 5-7 years of experience in HVAC sales, specifically air distribution products (preferred).

3. Strong knowledge of air outlets, dampers, and HVAC systems.

4. Proven track record in B2B sales and project-based selling.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical specifications.

7. Proficiency in MS Office.

8. Valid driving license.
