About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on the services we provide. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven business development experience in professional services, and a good understanding of internal audit and advisory services. Past experience in the UAE with a track record of managing senior management level relationships with corporates, semi-government, and government sectors is highly preferable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to promote Tax, Audit, Advisory, Accountancy and related services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Internal Audit and Advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth and retention.
- Regularly interact with senior management personnel of prospective and active clients to assess their requirements and expectations.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and client meetings to generate leads.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor and achieve revenue targets and related KPIs
- Handle client payments and other commercial documents like bonds, guarantees etc. as needed
- Work closely with service line leaders to align Business Development initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Support the digital marketing team and provide inputs as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's / master's degree in business management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in business development in professional services.
- Experience in Business Development of professional services is mandatory
- Exposure to Management Consultancy services is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bi-lingual candidates preferred.
- Ability to network and interface with senior management / C-suite professionals
