We are seeking a dynamic and motivated UAE National (Emirati) to join our growing team as a Business Development Executive in IT Services. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, client engagement, and contributing to the UAE's digital transformation landscape.
The candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence across government and private sector organizations by promoting innovative IT solutions and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market, including government and semi-government entities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners
- Promote company offerings including software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IT consultancy services
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently achieve sales targets
- Stay updated with UAE market trends, digital initiatives, and competitor activities
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic & English preferred)
- Interest in IT services, technology solutions, and digital transformation
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a professional environment
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of IT services such as SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Software Development
- Knowledge of UAE business landscape and government sectors
