Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The role involves market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Experience in business development, account management, and sales strategies
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
