Business Development & Sales Executive (B2B)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Role: Hybrid
Compensation: Up to AED 15,000 per month + performance-based commission (based on revenue targets)
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive (B2B) to lead outreach efforts and build strong partnerships with premium establishments including five-star hotels, gym franchises, independent studios, wellness concepts, and select online platforms. This role requires a blend of enterprise-level communication and startup agility, balancing structured sales strategy with personalized relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and onboard B2B clients such as hotels, gyms, studios, and retail concepts suitable to stock the brand (either wholesale or consignment).
Develop and maintain a structured outreach pipeline, including cold outreach, CRM tracking, and follow-up management.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with both corporate entities and independent business owners.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and partnership agreements to achieve defined revenue goals.
Represent the brand professionally in meetings, presentations, and digital communications.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and logistics) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for B2B clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Track progress and performance metrics within CRM, ensuring data accuracy and actionable reporting.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within retail, hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong command of professional (corporate) English, with the ability to adapt communication style for both large enterprises and small business owners.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.).
Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple outreach pipelines simultaneously.
Empathic communicator able to connect authentically and tailor discussions to different types of decision-makers.
Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to achieving results.
Ability to work independently while meeting strict KPIs and revenue targets.
Deliverables & Performance Indicators:
Monthly outreach target (number of qualified leads contacted).
Minimum number of new partnerships closed per quarter.
Quarterly revenue goals from B2B sales.
CRM data accuracy and activity reporting.
Partnership retention and reordering rate.
Timely follow-up and communication effectiveness (response rate, deal conversion ratio).
