Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting lead generation activities, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include performing market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, preparing and presenting proposals, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align offerings with client requirements. The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up on leads, support customer service efforts during the sales cycle, and contribute to the development of business development strategies in the identity security and cybersecurity domain.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, identity security, or related technology fields is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, goal-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing industry.
