Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Cairo. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role involves working in a fast-paced contact center environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting established performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address and resolve client inquiries effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to engage professionally and empathetically with customers
- Familiarity with Contact Centers and experience in working within call center environments
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools
- Problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Proficiency level of English from ( B1+/B2)
