Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Heliopolis. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include addressing customer concerns, solving problems efficiently, and documenting customer interactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy for managing data and navigating tools
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education is a plus
