We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at a leading construction company. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and overseeing infrastructure projects that enhance the community and meet client specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and oversee civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, drainage systems, and building structures.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate multiple disciplines into project planning.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to project goals.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and clients.
- Identify and resolve engineering challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design programs).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
