Role Description

We are seeking Customer Service Agents (Italian Speakers) for a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role involves effective communication and maintaining a professional and empathetic approach to understanding customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
• Strong skills in managing Customer Experience and building meaningful client relationships.
• Fluency in Italian, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and multitasking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
• Prior experience in the BPO sector or related fields is advantageous.
