Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Coordinator role located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operational tasks, facilitating internal and external communications, organizing schedules, and ensuring smooth workflow processes. This role may also involve supporting project management activities, coordinating with team members, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The Coordinator will play a key role in meeting deadlines and contributing to the overall efficiency of team operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management and coordination of schedules, resources, and deadlines
- Ability to perform administrative tasks, including record-keeping and maintaining documentation
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools)
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in food and beverage or retail industries is a plus but not mandatory
