We're hiring Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling) at eClerx Egypt.
*Position Details:*
Customer Care Executive US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling)
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to US-based customers.
*Net Salary:* 18,000 EGP
Performance Bonus:* Up to 48K EGP annually (based on KPIs)
*Rotational shifts,* including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
*Requirements:*
Fluency in English (B2 Level )
Bachelor's degree

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer communications via phone, email, or chat, guiding customers through solutions, and accurately documenting interactions for record-keeping and process improvement. The role also involves collaborating with team members to enhance the overall support process.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
- Experience with Customer Satisfaction and resolving customer concerns effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with diverse customer bases
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
- Proficiency in multitasking and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
- Proficiency level of English from ( B1+/B2)
